Funeral Service Coordinator

Bare Cremation is a technology company revolutionizing the funeral industry by providing exceptional care, support, and guidance to all of our customers.
We're looking for a dedicated Customer Care Specialist to join our team, who will be responsible for arranging the logistics of funeral services with our state-based service providers, and communicating with families to ensure they're comfortable with the process.
The ideal candidate will have a driving passion to help people in their greatest time of need, complete dedication to delivering a truly great customer experience, and commitment to ensuring people experience end-of-life planning with compassion and grace.
As part of our team, you'll contribute to Bare content and resources we provide customers, to ensure they are well informed, supported, and empowered.
