About NAPA Centre, we offer world-renowned paediatric therapy services embracing each child's differences. Our allied health professionals develop individualised intensive therapy programs using a wide range of innovative therapies.

We have waiting lists of clients and are seeking passionate paediatric speech and language therapists to join our state-of-the-art clinic. Our team supports professionals from recent graduates to highly experienced speech therapists.

NAPA Centre offers intensive three-week programs (Monday to Friday) utilizing evidence-based therapy methods and technology. We have a proven track record of helping children achieve and surpass their goals.

Our framework includes multidisciplinary rehabilitation and early intervention, using diverse traditional and non-traditional therapies. Each program is tailored to the child's specific needs, which may include a combination of speech and language therapy, feeding therapy, and AAC training.

Requirements:

  • Completion of at least a Bachelor of Applied Science (Speech Pathology) from an accredited university.
  • Ideally, at least 2 years of postgraduate clinical experience in speech pathology.
  • Current registration/membership with SPA.
  • A passion for your work and the ability to create a safe, professional, and supportive environment for clients, families, and colleagues.
  • Effective communication skills with clients and healthcare professionals.
  • Professional empathy and rapport-building skills.
