
Leading Child Development Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Child Development Specialist to lead a classroom team in providing high-quality education and care for children aged 0-6 years.
This role involves developing and delivering an innovative program that promotes each child's identity, connection to community, wellbeing, learning confidence, and communication skills.
- Design and implement inclusive programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Maintain a safe environment by proactively managing risks and adhering to health and hygiene protocols
- Demonstrated experience in planning, documentation, and implementing programs for children aged 0-6 years with regards to current pedagogies and frameworks
- Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care, such as Certificate III or Diploma
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF, National Quality Standard (NQS), and sector regulations
- Current First Aid training and CPR Certificate
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Commitment to upholding a Child Safe Organisation and inclusive practices
