Komatsu Mining Technologies is seeking a Site Manager to join our Regional Service Team. This pivotal role will have you at the helm of our Curragh Mammoth Mine site-based service team, supporting our customers as they operate brand-new fleets of mining equipment.

This position requires efficiently managing daily site and business operations, which include ensuring site safety, maintaining equipment, responding to breakdowns, staff scheduling, customer interaction, and reporting as per our contractual obligations.

You will be an essential part of the site management team, fostering strong customer relationships both within the organisation and with external clients.

To be successful in this role, you will need Mechanical / Electrical trade and or engineering qualifications with underground coal mining experience on continuous miners, shuttle cars and associated equipment.

In addition, you'll apply yourself naturally to:

  • Building and fostering genuine relationships
  • Actively mentoring, supporting and coordinating a team of service personnel
  • Monitoring and reporting on product performance
  • Leading and driving continuous improvement processes
