Emergency Response Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive individual to join our team as an Emergency Response Specialist in Central and Southern Queensland regions.

As part of this role, you will provide emergency response services with exposure to the coal mining industry, utilizing your high level communication skills, computer literacy, and problem-solving abilities to work effectively in both autonomous and team-based environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide emergency response services with exposure to the coal mining industry.
  • Possess high level communication skills, computer literacy, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Work autonomously and within a team.
Requirements
  • Hold Standard 11 Induction certification.
  • Possess Open Manual MR Licence or above.
  • Be certified in CPR & First Aid (HLTAID009, HLTAID011, HLTAID014, HLTAID015).
  • Have Collect Specimens for Drugs of Abuse Testing (HLTPAT005) qualification.
  • AHPRA Registration is required.
  • Bachelor of Paramedicine degree is essential.
  • Current QLD Coal Board Medical certification is mandatory.
  • National Police Certificate issued within the last 12 months is necessary.
  • Certificate 3 in Emergency Response & Rescue (PUAFIR207, PUAFIR210, PUAFIR316, PUAFIR324, PUASAR022, PUASAR024, PUASAR025, PUASAR032, RIIERR201E, PUAEQU001/PMAWHS211) is desirable.
