Job Title:

A Rehabilitation Consultant will assist with developing and delivering culturally appropriate programs and services for clients to address the barriers they face in their lives.

  • We are seeking experienced professionals, including Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Exercise Physiologists, Psychologists, Rehab Counsellors or Social Workers, to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Evaluate the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness.
  2. Help clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications and interests.

Assessment Tasks:

  1. Perform functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise.
  2. Manage cases effectively to plan, coordinate and monitor client progress toward their return to work goal.
