Job Role:

The Service Delivery Support Officer plays a pivotal role in guaranteeing the efficient and effective delivery of services to prisoners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish effective working relationships between teams to support the release planning process.
  • Provide expert guidance to centers or service providers in relation to identified service delivery needs.
  • Contribute to the ongoing review of service delivery through monitoring efficiency and relevance, identifying any gaps, and advising on improvements.
  • Offer ongoing support and practical assistance to external and internal service providers.
  • Liaise with units, centers, and service providers about prisoner course/service allocation and respond to queries regarding availability.
  • Assist with coordination of schedules and program or course allocation, including setup information.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of program and service participation, including in integrated systems as required.
  • Perform administrative duties as requested.
  • Provide IT support and undertake device security checks.
  • Ensure the security and confidentiality of property and information.
