Site Maintenance Coordinator

Seeking a skilled and experienced Site Maintenance Coordinator to manage site records, maintain site facilities, and ensure seamless operations.

  • Maintain accurate site records, including machine hours, fuel usage, and daily reports
  • Manage employee and subcontractor timesheets, schedules, and rosters
  • Raise and process purchase orders, source parts, and conduct cost analysis
  • Process invoices, create quotes, and maintain training records
  • Coordinate new starter processes, inductions, and site entry paperwork

Key responsibilities include:
