Job Title: Site Maintenance Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our site maintenance team as a Site Maintenance Coordinator. This role will involve coordinating and maintaining site plant registers, daily maintenance reporting, and assisting with quarterly quality reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of site plant registers
  • Daily maintenance reporting
  • Assisting with quarterly QRM
  • Providing administrative support to the site maintenance team
  • Data processing
  • Assisting with procurement tasks including purchase orders and job cost coding
  • Assisting with invoicing, quoting, contract preparation, and variations
  • Assisting with asset movements and PPSR requirements
  • Preparing and assisting with monthly reporting
  • General administrative support

Requirements:

  • Experience as a contract mining maintenance administrator is essential
  • Highly organized and strong attention to detail
  • Accurate data entry skills and excellent priority management skills
  • AMT Software experience is highly regarded
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Able to demonstrate initiative and be a self-starter
  • Strong work ethic with a positive and friendly attitude and demeanor
  • Drive to learn and grow within your role and the business
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of your role
