The successful candidate will have strong administrative experience, particularly in managing maintenance teams and overseeing CMMS programs. They will also possess excellent communication skills, working collaboratively with technicians, supervisors, and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance schedule that includes preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.">
  • Create detailed work orders that outline the scope of work, statutory requirements, and safety precautions for maintenance tasks.">
  • Assist the maintenance planner in planning, prioritizing, and executing unscheduled work resulting from breakdowns.">
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment and facility assets, including maintenance history, manuals, and technical specifications.">
