Job Title: Equipment Service Technician
About the Role:This is a dynamic position that involves performing diagnostic evaluation and mechanical maintenance service and upgrades on a range of equipment.
The role requires attending to production breakdowns, undertaking diagnostic work, and being part of a build team commissioning new equipment.
- Key responsibilities include maintaining good working relationships with customers, peers, and other departments, as well as identifying continuous improvements within your area of responsibility.
- You will be required to liaise with technical support staff to achieve efficient outcomes and assist in product improvements.
- Another key aspect of this role is ensuring customer satisfaction with both internal and external stakeholders.
- A trade certificate and intermediate PC skills are essential for this position.
- In addition, strong communication skills, a safety focus, and adaptability to different teams, rosters, environments, and workloads are highly valued.
