This is a unique opportunity to become part of our team as a Field Service Mechanic, working from our Gunnedah Workshop.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out diagnostic evaluations and mechanical maintenance services for various types of Hitachi machinery.
- Address production breakdowns and perform diagnostic work.
- Be a key member of a build team commissioning new equipment.
- Collaborate with technical support staff to achieve optimal outcomes and assist in product improvements.
- Complete and submit all relevant documentation and reporting paperwork.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers, colleagues and other departments.
- Identify areas for continuous improvement within your area of responsibility.
- A relevant trade certificate.
- Intermediate PC skills, including the ability to analyze technical data and reports.
- Strong communication skills.
- A focus on safety and adherence to site safety processes.
- The ability to adapt to different teams, rosters, environments and workloads.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with internal and external stakeholders, branches and suppliers within the organization.
