The ideal candidate will possess excellent administration skills, attention to detail, and computer literacy including competence with Microsoft Office Suite. They will also demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills and experience in a busy reception or front-of-house role dealing with a wide range of members of the public.

The successful candidate will be able to maintain a calm and professional approach when dealing with difficult situations and have the ability to work with culturally or linguistically diverse people, ex-offenders, youth, and disadvantaged groups.

This is a full-time role located at our Cannington site with a 9-day fortnight and a dedicated and fixed day off every second week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To direct inquiries to the appropriate area and provide operational support to colleagues.">
  • To use time management and organisational skills to balance day-to-day tasks.">
  • To maintain accurate records and reports using a customer relationship management system.">
  • To interact with visitors and staff in a professional and friendly demeanour.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate excellent administration skills, attention to detail, and computer literacy including competence with Microsoft Office Suite;">
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills;">
  • Demonstrate experience in a busy reception or front-of-house role dealing with a wide range of members of the public;">
  • Prove ability to maintain a calm and professional approach when dealing with difficult situations;">
  • Demonstrate ability to work with culturally or linguistically diverse people, ex-offenders, youth, and disadvantaged groups;">
  • Awareness of the Employment Services industry and ability to prepare and edit resumes (desirable);">
  • Have intermediate to high-level administrative skills including ability to type at a minimum of 30 wpm.">
