Job Responsibilities:
  • We are looking for a highly skilled professional to manage our portfolio of properties, ensuring they are optimally managed and maintained.
  • The successful candidate will provide strategic and operational leadership, including tenancy management, administration, and financial management.
Requirements:
  • A minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role is essential.
  • A Certificate IV or Diploma in Property is required.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent process management skills, ensuring processes are followed and continually improving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Cirrus8 is necessary.
