Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technology Operations Lead to join our team. As a key member of our technology organization, you will play a critical role in supporting our customer-facing platforms, digital services, and workplace tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Platform Support: Ensure the smooth operation of our customer, digital, and integration platforms, adhering to agreed service level agreements (SLAs) and effectively triaging issues.
  • Incident Management: Oversee the technology incident management process, collaborating with stakeholders and technology teams to resolve incidents promptly and perform root cause analysis.
  • End User Experience: Provide excellent support to end users, demonstrating a passion for enhancing their experience and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance processes, automate tasks, and boost operational efficiency.
