The Senior Strategy Analyst forms part of a small team of ex-top tier and Big 4 management consultants and serves the executive by building a customer insight-based organizational strategy and supporting the delivery of the strategy. The role will focus on key organizational problems including a major digital transformation agenda and will challenge and inform the executive on the development and delivery of strategy, communications, strategic reviews, and commercial due diligence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build a customer insight-based organizational strategy and support its delivery
  • Focus on key organizational problems, including a major digital transformation agenda
  • Challenge and inform the executive on the development and delivery of strategy, communications, strategic reviews, and commercial due diligence

Requirements

  • Strong strategy toolkit developed from a quality management consulting company or an in-house strategy team
  • Between 2 and 4 years of experience post-grad in consulting
  • Possession of a passion for and some experience in the Agri sector at some level
