About the Company:
Newly created position for a Marketing Specialist to join a Luxury Property Developer. The company has a portfolio encompassing a wide range of mixed-use projects including residential and commercial, hotel and retail across Australia.
About the Role:
As the Marketing Specialist, you will take responsibility for all aspects of digital and social campaign management and implementation, you will create and execute an ever-evolving digital and content strategy, analyse and report on the best ways to optimise channels within the marketing team.
Duties:
- Developing and managing targeted EDM campaigns
- Establish a marketing and communications strategy
- Managing all relevant marketing and communications and subscription platforms
- Copywriting and content creation
- Contact for third party creative/marketing consultants including creative agencies
- Assist with organising and managing events
- Manage digital marketing budgets
- Setup of Google Adwords and analytics, as well as advertising and SEO
Requirements:
- At least 5 years' experience in a similar role (property marketing preferred)
- Excellent Adobe InDesign and Photoshop and Graphic Design skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or equivalent
- A friendly demeanour with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders both inside and outside the organisation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a keen eye for detail
- The ability to apply critical thinking to all digital outputs
- Demonstrated autonomous experience in the execution of strategy and brand initiatives
