We are seeking a seasoned revenue leader to join our team as Head of Revenue Growth and Expansion. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy that drives revenue growth and expansion in Australia, New Zealand, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Strategy: Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy aligned with business objectives, driving revenue growth through sales, marketing, and customer success.
  • Team Leadership: Build, lead, and develop a high-performing revenue team focused on achieving outstanding results.
  • New Market Expansion: Identify and prioritize new markets for expansion, develop localized GTM strategies, and establish a strong presence in these regions.
  • Sales Operations: Lead the expansion of enterprise SaaS sales, focusing on acquiring and growing high-value customers, including complex sales cycles and negotiations.
Requirements
  • Senior Leadership Experience: Proven success in senior revenue or sales leadership roles, specifically in SaaS and enterprise sales.
  • GTM Strategy Expertise: Proven track record of developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive significant revenue growth in a scale-up environment.
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to inspire and align cross-functional teams, build trust, and collaborate effectively.
