Job Title: Delivery Team Member

We are seeking a skilled Delivery Team Member to join our logistics operations. As a key member of the delivery team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to customers.

About the Role:
  • Coordinate and manage deliveries to trade customers with precision and professionalism
  • Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all health and safety procedures
  • Practice defensive driving habits at all times to ensure road safety
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
  • Safely transport goods to our trade customers, including workshops and dealerships
  • Promote products and marketing activities when delivering goods to enhance customer engagement
  • Assist the team with tasks such as order processing, dispatch, credit management, and customer inquiries
Requirements:
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize deliveries based on urgency and importance
  • Customer-focused mindset; ability to build lasting relationships with clients
  • Friendly and knowledgeable demeanor
  • Comfort working independently with minimal supervision
  • Physical capacity to perform duties of the role, including handling heavy products
  • Conscious of workplace safety at all times
  • Ongoing commitment to safe driving practices and adherence to traffic laws
  • Valid driver's license (manual preferred)
  • Previous customer service experience within a trade or mechanical environment (desired)
