As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers. You will work closely with the culinary team to deliver high-quality food and beverage products that meet our rigorous standards.Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver consistent high-quality customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Prepare food and beverage products in line with prescribed standards.
  • Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed according to standard operating procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with the Chef on duty regarding any catering-related issues or needs.
  • Participate in team meetings as required.
Desirable Skills and Experience
  • Able to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding service and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good understanding of HACCP/food safety principles.
  • Cert III in Cookery or Hospitality an advantage but not essential.
