Property Restoration Professional

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Property Restoration Professional to join our team in Gosford, New South Wales.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of property restoration, including mould remediation, cleaning, fire damage remediation, drug lab decontamination, and large and complex losses.

The ideal candidate will have a great work ethic, positive attitude, and tidy presentation, as well as trade or industry experience minimum of 2 years.

A license for Asbestos Removal Non-friable (Class B) or willingness to obtain is required, and supervisors' certification is highly regarded.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Attend water damage restoration & mould remediation jobs to deliver an excellent service to customers
  • Perform all areas of mitigation & restoration works as required, including equipment installation & monitoring
  • Liaise with internal office staff & external clients
  • Prepare & present damage, inspection & inventory list reports for insurers
  • Complete all necessary job documentation, including electronic reporting

Requirements:

  • A great work ethic, positive attitude, and tidy presentation
  • Trade or industry experience minimum of 2 years
  • A license for Asbestos Removal Non-friable (Class B)
  • Ability to use power tools and hand tools, strip out walls, ceiling, flooring, fittings
  • Honest, reliable & trustworthy personality
  • Positive outlook and good at problem solving
  • Detail orientated with great communication skills
