Job Title: Digital Design Specialist

This is a senior-level position responsible for supporting our digital design and construction workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create, update, and maintain 3D models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines using software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
  • E nsure models are accurate, coordinated, and compliant with project standards to facilitate efficient collaboration among architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate design inputs and conduct clash detection using tools like Navisworks or Solibri.
  • Implement and enforce digital design standards, protocols, and execution plans to ensure consistency across project teams and disciplines.
  • Generate construction documentation, shop drawings, and schedules from 3D models to support the preparation of tender and construction packages.
  • Provide technical support and training to project teams on digital design tools and workflows as needed.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in digital modeling or coordination, preferably in a consulting or multidisciplinary engineering environment.
  • Proficient in BIM software and familiar with BIM 360, Civil 3D, or other relevant tools.
  • Understanding of clash detection, model coordination, and digital design execution plans (BEPs).
  • Knowledge of construction documentation and project lifecycle workflows.
  • Willingness to work in New South Wales.

Candidates with relevant qualifications, knowledge, and attitude will be considered for the position.
