  • Track and report on key customer service metrics.
  • Ensure adherence to legislation and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution expertise.
  • Analytical skills to identify trends and improve service.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and customer service software.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Diploma or higher qualifications in business, customer engagement, management, psychology or related course
