Marketing Event Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to bring our brand to life through outstanding events, strong broker engagement, and compelling communications.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Event Planning & Execution:
    • Support planning and coordination of events including Professional Development Days, Roadshows, Webinars and Networking events.
    • Prepare and manage event documentation: run sheets, sponsorship packs, invitations, and post-event comms.
    • Assist with venue bookings, AV, catering, speaker coordination, and partner liaison.
    • Manage event registrations using platforms like Eventbrite, and support follow-ups.
  • Brand Communications & PR:
    • Help draft media releases, award submissions and broker-facing communications.
    • Liaise with industry media and partners for co-branded content, interviews and features.
    • Maintain and update company profiles on award platforms and media databases.
    • Ensure consistency in messaging and brand representation across all comms.
  • Content & Social Support:
    • Support the creation and scheduling of social media content related to events, PR milestones, and campaigns.
    • Assist in managing the content calendar for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other social media channels.
    • Work with the design and digital team to prepare visual assets and content for events and announcements.
  • General Marketing Support:
    • Help maintain campaign timelines, internal marketing trackers and calendars.
    • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to execute brand-building activities and broker engagement strategies.
    • Assist with onboarding and sales enablement resources where needed.
