This role involves supporting the marketing team in bringing the brand to life through outstanding events, strong broker engagement, and compelling communications. The ideal candidate will have a flair for relationship building, event coordination, and storytelling.

  • Support planning and coordination of events including Professional Development Days, Roadshows, Webinars and Networking events.
  • Prepare and manage event documentation: run sheets, sponsorship packs, invitations, and post-event comms.
  • Assist with venue bookings, AV, catering, speaker coordination, and partner liaison.
  • Manage event registrations using platforms like Eventbrite, and support follow-ups.
  • Draft media releases, award submissions and broker-facing communications that highlight our brand's unique value proposition.
  • Liaise with industry media and partners for co-branded content, interviews and features that showcase our expertise.
  • Maintain and update company profiles on award platforms and media databases to ensure consistency in messaging and brand representation.
  • E nsure all comms adhere to our brand guidelines and maintain a consistent tone across all channels.
  • Support the creation and scheduling of social media content related to events, PR milestones, and campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Manage the content calendar for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other key platforms to maximize reach and impact.
  • Collaborate with the design and digital team to prepare visual assets and content for events and announcements that captivate our audience.
  • Help maintain campaign timelines, internal marketing trackers and calendars to ensure seamless execution and optimization.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to execute brand-building activities and broker engagement strategies that drive business growth.
  • Provide support for onboarding and sales enablement resources as needed to ensure a smooth customer experience.
