Marketing Event Coordinator

We are seeking an organised and enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to help bring our brand to life through outstanding events, strong broker engagement, and compelling communications.

This role involves planning and coordination of events, including Professional Development Days, Roadshows, Webinars and Networking events. It also includes preparing event documentation, managing event registrations, and liaising with industry media and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Event Planning & Execution:
    • Support the planning and coordination of events, including Professional Development Days, Roadshows, Webinars and Networking events.
    • Prepare and manage event documentation: run sheets, sponsorship packs, invitations, and post-event comms.
    • Assist with venue bookings, AV, catering, speaker coordination, and partner liaison.
    • Manage event registrations using platforms like Eventbrite, and support follow-ups.
  • Brand Communications & PR:
    • Help draft media releases, award submissions and broker-facing communications.
    • Liaise with industry media and partners for co-branded content, interviews and features.
    • Maintain and update company profiles on award platforms and media databases.
    • Ensure consistency in messaging and brand representation across all comms.
  • Content & Social Support:
    • Support the creation and scheduling of social media content related to events, PR milestones, and campaigns.
    • Assist in managing the content calendar for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and RedNote (Chinese platform).
    • Work with the design and digital team to prepare visual assets and content for events and announcements.
  • General Marketing Support:
    • Help maintain campaign timelines, internal marketing trackers and calendars.
    • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to execute brand-building activities and broker engagement strategies.
    • Assist with onboarding and sales enablement resources where needed.
