This is a senior leadership role that oversees the enablement of change within an organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of change management principles and practices.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to promote awareness and adoption of change enablement frameworks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration of change enablement activities across the service environment.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a change management or SIAM end-to-end change enablement environment.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective change enablement processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, suppliers, and industry representatives.
The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, able to think critically and make informed decisions.
