About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bistro Manager to join our team at Frontline Recruitment. As a Bistro Manager, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic and supportive team to deliver exceptional customer service and a flawless dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of hospitality professionals to provide outstanding customer service and a high-quality dining experience.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure menu execution and quality control.
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a hospitality management role, preferably in a gaming venue.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a high-quality dining experience.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per the demands of the business.
  • Australian work rights and a valid RSA.
