About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bistro Manager to join our team at Frontline Recruitment. As a Bistro Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth operation of our bistro.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the bistro, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and staff supervision
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage staff performance, including training, development, and discipline
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a hospitality management role, preferably in a bistro or restaurant setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Valid RSA and RSG certifications, with a strong understanding of gaming regulations
