About Goodlife Health Clubs
We are committed to providing a unique environment where our members can achieve their fitness goals. As a Member Support Consultant, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining a thriving Goodlife Health Club membership base.
Your Responsibilities
- Proactively contribute to club sales budget using sales promotions and referrals campaigns.
- Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities.
- Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
- Create great member journeys via positive and personalized interactions.
- Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries.
- Open and close the club as per the club roster.
- Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey.
- Regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey, recommending club-based products that would boost their results and amplify their experience.
About You
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates.
- Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life with a desire to help people succeed in their goals.
- The ability to solve problems and overcome obstacles.
- Outstanding communication abilities – able to listen, understand, empathize, and influence others.
- Tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals.
- Customer-focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes.
