About Goodlife Health Clubs
We are a leading fitness organisation with over 90 premium clubs across Queensland, Victoria, South Australia, and Western Australia. Our Member Support Consultants play a crucial role in building and maintaining a thriving membership base. They interact with prospective members, inspire them to begin their wellness journey, and help thousands of people become faster, fitter, stronger, and happier versions of themselves.
The Role
This is a highly varied position with two clear goals: achieving membership growth through proactive sales activities and retaining existing members through exceptional customer service. You will be an expert in all things Goodlife, seamlessly swapping between sales and lead generation, providing excellent service, and proactively communicating with current members to enhance their club experience and drive positive member retention.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to club sales budget utilising sales promotions and referrals campaigns
- Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, referrals, and identifying new business opportunities
- Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
- Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
- Create great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions
- Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
- Open and close the club as per the club roster
- Participate in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
- Make regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey - recommending club-based products that boost their results and amplify their experience
About You
- You hold current First Aid & CPR certificates
- You can build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds and have a desire to help people succeed in their goals
- You have the ability to solve problems and overcome obstacles
- You possess outstanding communication skills, able to listen, understand, empathise, and influence others
- You have tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals
- You are customer-focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes
