We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Apprentice Windscreen Fitter at O'Brien Glass Industries Limited.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop a long-term career path with a reputable employer. As a Windscreen Fitter Apprentice, you will have the chance to work with a supportive team and management, receive on-the-job training and support, and earn a full qualification within 2-3 years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undergo the O'Brien Cert III in Automotive Glazing through our O'Brien Auto Technician Skills Development Program
  • Learn how to complete windscreen re-calibrations for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS)
  • Undertake glass chip repairs
  • Deliver an excellent experience to our customers
  • Work in a professional and timely manner
Requirements
  • Mechanical aptitude - experience with hand tools
  • Employees who are looking for long-term career opportunities

  • Must be comfortable dealing with customers face-to-face and selling company products
  • A true passion for delivering customer service excellence
  • MUST be able to drive Automatic and Manual vehicles

The estimated salary for this role is around $60,000-$80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
