Job Title: Financial Transactions Coordinator
Job DescriptionThis role involves the coordination of financial transactions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer invoices, supplier payments, and BAS, PAYG, Superannuation & Payroll Tax lodgements.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping and daily processing of customer invoices
- Payment of supplier invoices
- Preparation and Lodgement of BAS, PAYG, Superannuation & Payroll Tax
- Handling Accounts Payable and Receivable queries both verbal and written
- Bank, Balance Sheet and Revenue Reconciliations
- Ensuring Credit and Collection Policies and Procedures are followed
- Ad hoc finance/administration tasks as required by the management team
- Work collaboratively with external accountants and auditors
- Stock purchasing
- Controlling inwards and outwards inventory
- Accurate data entry and record keeping
Requirements:
- Mandatory Skills:
- Good mathematical and analytical skills
- High experience with MYOB
- Sound knowledge of general accounting principles
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
- Good verbal, written communication skills and comfortable in dealing with external parties
