Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our team as a Portering professional.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing exceptional guest experiences every day.

  • As a Porter, you will be responsible for delivering amenities and other items to guest rooms.
  • You will also be required to valet park guest cars and maintain the cleanliness standards of the hotel driveway.
  • Additionally, you will assist with luggage and provide general information to guests.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must be organized, proactive and enjoy working with the public and in a team environment.

  • Must have flexibility to work on a rotating roster including public holidays and weekends as well as regular early morning and evening shifts and occasional overnight shifts.
  • Hold a valid manual driver's license.
  • Experience in a similar role preferred but not essential.
  • Knowledge of manual handling procedure advantageous.
