**Job Description**:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistants to join our team. As a key member of our aged care community, you will play a vital role in providing personalized support to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance
- Engage residents in meaningful activities, promote social interaction, and foster a sense of belonging
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, listening to their concerns and validating their experiences
- Maintain accurate records of resident care plans and progress

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

- Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support (or willingness to obtain)
- Flu Vaccination (or willingness to obtain)
- Police Check (within 12 months or willing to obtain)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
