Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Community Sales Representative to join our team. As a Community Sales Representative, you will be responsible for in-field sales of homecare & mobility assistance equipment, working closely with Occupational Therapists to provide product solutions for NDIS & Aged Care customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct product demos and install products in customers' homes
  • Provide a consultative service and high level of customer care
  • Ensure solutions meet customers' specific needs
  • Manual handling of products and driving a medium-sized van in the South-East Melbourne territory
  • Warm leads and building strong relationships with Occupational Therapists

Requirements

  • Background in Sales or Field Service-related role within the Medical Device/Aged Care sector or as a Nurse, Pharmacist, Physio/OT/Exercise Physiologist or Allied Health Specialist
  • Passion for helping people, good listener, and problem-solver
  • Organized self-starter, capable of achieving results independently
  • Comfortable with manual handling of equipment, conducting product demos, and driving a small-medium sized van
  • Ability to work a product sales role, provide solutions for the customer, and maintain and build solid business relationships
  • Australian Citizen or PR
