Sales Representative

About the RoleWe're seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. In this role, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and delivering solutions to close sales and satisfy customer needs.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively greet customers and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist with store housekeeping and stock replenishment activities.
- Support the processing of sales through the POS system.
- Undertake a variety of operational activities to ensure the smooth running of the store.
- Proven success in exceeding set retail sales KPIs and targets.
- Previous retail experience with a high energy sales focus.
- Flexible availability, including weekends.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Proven experience within a high-performing sales environment.
- Ability to learn new product SKUs, POS, and other systems.
- Knowledge of 12v systems is highly regarded.
- Forklift (LF) Licence is beneficial but not required.
