ECM and SharePoint Consultant Role

This role plays a pivotal part in driving the ongoing delivery and direction of our Enterprise Content Management System, SharePoint, MS Teams, and DEECAS Collaboration tools.

The ECM and SharePoint Consultant engages with frontline business stakeholders, manages representation of business needs back into systems, and provides consultation services for all levels of the organisation.

This position entails technical support, administration of SharePoint platforms, collaboration tools such as MS Teams, maintenance of existing SharePoint related automations, and implementation of new process automation solutions (Power Automate).

To ensure Microsoft SharePoint and integrated products remain relevant and purposeful, this consultant will develop and promote continuous improvement programs and information management best practices.

This position requires exceptional customer service skills, ability to engage diverse audiences, and effective management of technology change and adoption.

A strong technical background in Microsoft platforms, including SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, and Power Automate is necessary.

This individual must possess good troubleshooting skills, deep understanding of the products' features and connectors, and be able to use their initiative in a team environment.

Additionally, this consultant must be self-motivated, driven to achieve professional success in a technical consulting environment, and capable of managing their workload and time according to set deadlines.
