Informatica PIM Platform Specialist Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced specialist to join our Enterprise Tech - Corporate Platforms team as an Informatica PIM Platform Specialist.

  • Provide support across configuration, design, and maintenance of our Informatica PIM 360 platform.
  • Assist with support enquiries and enhancement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Technology team, external vendors, and product owners to ensure roadmaps align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administer the platform in line with business requirements, including maintaining user roles, security settings, data quality rules, profiles, permission sets, and template management.
  2. Respond to system incidents by providing technical support to users, identifying and fixing bugs and issues.
  3. Manage internal Change requests related to deployment schedules.
  4. Support the continuous development of the platform and work cross-functionally with the wider team on platform enhancements.
  5. Provide guidance to projects on how to meet business requirements using the platform.

Requirements

You will need:

  • Previous experience in providing functional and technical support across Informatica P360, ActiveVOS, workflow design, IDQ, API experience, architectural experience in integrations for P360, and experience in system configuration and data quality rules configuration.
  • Proven experience working within Agile methodology, strong understanding of typical business processes within production information management, conceptual knowledge of systems surrounding a PIM system, and tertiary education or relevant experience in a similar development role.
