Enterprise Systems Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As an integral member of our close-knit team, you will play a key role in managing, maintaining, and supporting an enterprise environment ensuring continuous availability of services for our support offices, warehouses, and network of stores across multiple locations.
About the Role- You will be responsible for providing technical expertise for core infrastructure, including cloud platforms, virtualization environments, and enterprise systems.
- You will work closely with our Technical Leads and Project Managers to coordinate project execution and ensure successful delivery of projects.
- You will conduct training and mentoring programs to junior team members and ensure accurate documentation is maintained.
- You will deliver weekly system reports to our Infrastructure Manager and adhere to established policies and procedures.
- 3+ years' experience supporting cloud infrastructure solutions, integrations, and migrations.
- 5+ years' experience working with Microsoft enterprise environments, supporting core systems, and virtualization environments.
- Strong passion for information technology and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
