Join Our Team at Signature Care Operations

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Personal Care Assistant to join our team at Signature Care Operations. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.

About the Role:

  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and cleaning
  • Engage with residents in activities and conversations to promote their physical and emotional well-being
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure residents receive comprehensive care and support

Requirements:

  • Currently studying Cert III or IV Individual Support (Ageing) and due to be qualified within 6 months of commencing employment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for helping others and making a positive impact on people's lives
  • Ability to work well in a team and build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and supervisors
