Job Title: Personal Care Attendant

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Personal Care Attendant to join our team at RetireAustralia. As a Personal Care Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist and support residents with daily activities, including personal care, grooming, and mobility
  • Ensure residents receive their prescribed medications promptly and accurately
  • Collaborate in the preparation, service, and delivery of daily meals and special functions
  • Manage laundry tasks for residents as required, maintaining their comfort and hygiene
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in the aged care industry
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support
  • Drivers Licence and Reliable Transport (desirable)
  • National Police Check (or ability to obtain)
  • First Aid & CPR Certificate (or ability to obtain)
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment, including Drug and Alcohol Testing
