Catholic Healthcare is seeking experienced Personal Care Assistants to join our team at The Haven in Wagga Wagga. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our valued residents, ensuring their dignity, comfort, and well-being are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with personal care activities such as showering, dressing, and toileting
  • Support residents with daily tasks, including eating, social activities, and medication management
  • Work collaboratively with clinical staff to ensure care plans are implemented and residents' needs are met
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to a safe and supportive environment
  • Provide exceptional customer service to families and the community
Requirements:
  • A Certificate 3 in Aged Care (or equivalent)
  • NDIS check or willingness to obtain
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing circumstances
  • Great communication and teamwork skills
  • A passion for delivering high-quality care to the elderly
