About the Role:
- Drive strategic IT initiatives that align with business goals and growth objectives.

- Serve as a trusted advisor to the Executive Team on leveraging technology to drive business value.
- Evaluate and implement robust security and governance strategies to safeguard critical systems and data.
- Negotiate and manage vendor partnerships and technology investments to drive performance and accountability across the IT portfolio.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies to unlock innovation, efficiency, and competitive advantage.
About You:
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in technology leadership, preferably in financial services or investment environments.
- Proven success in start-up or scale-up environments, delivering results-driven outcomes.
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate technical expertise into business value.
- Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft technologies (Azure, Office 365) and modern IT practices.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and team development skills.
- A Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; further studies in AI or machine learning are highly valued.
