The role of APAC Lead Strategic Advisor is a key part of our strategic growth engine, helping customers maximize their investment in ServiceNow and ensure continued growth and partnership.
This position involves designing solutions for customers, understanding key concerns and issues that prevent growth.
- Design and implement solutions to address customer challenges and promote growth.
- Lead engagements with cross-functional teams and escalate issues to executives as needed.
- Collaborate with customers to create optimization and adoption plans that improve the customer experience.
In this role, you will work closely with internal leadership teams to advise on action plans to improve overall customer satisfaction.
">Requirements- A minimum of 15+ years of related work experience or an advanced degree with 10+ years' experience, including at least 7 years in technical roles in APAC markets.
- In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its architecture.
- Understanding of enterprise customer business and transformation objectives.
- Ability to provide expertise and work with internal ServiceNow teams.
- Interact with multiple levels within a customer account (Enterprise Architects, Technical Architects, Directors, VP's, and CXOs).
