Fleet Optimization Manager

We are seeking a visionary leader to oversee our fleet of vehicles and stakeholders in the East Coast of Australia.
Responsibilities- Promote a safety culture and manage Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) arrangements to achieve Goal Zero – No Harm.
- Optimize fleet performance, focusing on asset availability, reduction in road exposure for workers, and delivery of cost-effective solutions.
- Develop and lead strategic planning, including forecasting, budgeting, and regular performance reviews.
- Initiate redesign and replacement projects for future fleets, aligning with standards and specifications.
- Enhance fleet efficiency by introducing low-carbon solutions and reducing HSSE risks.
- Fleet and technical logistics experience with contract management and project management skills.
- Contract negotiation, strategy development, and performance improvement expertise.
- Project management abilities with capacity to manage fleet redesign and life cycle campaigns.
- Demand planning understanding and proactive approach to identifying opportunities within existing logistics networks.
