Commercialisation Leader

This role plays a pivotal part in supporting the University's ambitions by identifying, developing, and leading commercialisation opportunities, transactions, and strategic initiatives in the area of life sciences/therapeutics.

As a key member of the team, you will work closely with researchers to identify and assess potential new intellectual property and negotiate commercialisation transactions such as licences, start-ups, research agreements.

You will play a crucial role in advancing commercialisation awareness and skills across the organisation and engage with partners to help shape strategic partnerships.

The successful candidate will lead all aspects of the commercialisation and IP management process, from early-stage research to negotiations of deals and establishing start-up companies.
