Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for hunting and outdoor activities?

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion into the hunting and outdoor market.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of hunting and basic familiarity with electronics. A licensed hunter is highly preferred.

  • Strong business acumen
  • Intensive knowledge in hunting and electronics
  • Young and energetic individuals are preferred
  • Experience as an experienced social media user with high social followers is greatly preferred
  • Possess/Interested in hunting electronics, consumer, and electronics
  • Background in retail, stores, etc.
  • Integrity, trustworthiness, honesty, enthusiasm, and responsibility
  • Proficiency in German/English is required
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

The employer requires the Business Development manager to act as the ambassador of the company, delivering the following key tasks:

  • Develop the hunting market and carry out dealer/shop visits, brand promotion, display instruction, activities/events, relationship building, market research, competitor and customer surveys
  • Identify potential business opportunities and growth points
  • Find pain points and discover support required by dealers and end users
  • Presentation of solutions to potential customers
  • Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events
  • Work closely with colleagues in regional sales teams
  • Perform lobbying in associations and interest groups
  • Assist consultants to specify projects
  • Position the company as the preferred product for consultants
  • Prepare reports required by management
