Job Title: Cluster Manager

As a key player in our store network, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading multiple locations to create an unforgettable customer experience in-store. You will have a passion for customers and teams and be a true business leader with proven results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading teams across multiple locations, you will be store-based for 2-3 days per week.
  • Make customers and their experience in-store your priority.
  • Lead and inspire your teams, consistently role-modeling and coaching high performance in line with company values.
  • Achieve sales and KPI targets across your cluster stores.
  • Manage rosters in line with store trading patterns.
  • Ensure Visual Merchandising and store presentation standards are exceptional.
  • Manage stock and prevent loss.
  • Provide a safe environment for team and customers.

Requirements:

  • Previous leadership experience in a retail environment.
  • Passion for customers and determination to deliver excellent customer experience.
  • Can-do attitude and ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent planning, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
  • Ability to define clear goals and objectives to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Australian driver's license and own car.
