Job Opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious and driven retail leader to join our dynamic team in a leadership support role.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a senior casual, full-time, or leadership support position and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

In this role, you will work closely with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, coach and develop your team members, and drive the store's success.

About the Role
  • Lead daily operations and achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Inspire and guide the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Assist with visual merchandising, stock management, and store presentation
  • Manage wage costs and contribute to effective rostering
  • Mentor and coach team members to support their growth and development
Key Qualifications
  • Proven track record of driving sales and meeting performance targets
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Familiarity with stock management, visual merchandising, and retail operations
